Returns & Shipping Policies

Generally, all returns and exchange requests must be filed within 30 of when order was shipped (not received).

To see if you are eligible for a return, you must first contact us and we will then contact our printing partner about the issue. Products sent back to us or our printing partner(s) will not be accepted unless without first contacting us and we specifically tell you where to send it. The printing partner’s return address may be provided in your shipping package. That address may be different depending on your location or the location of the printing partner’s fulfillment center. Or you may need to ship your items back to us.

If you need help determining the printing partner, want to start a return or have general question, you may contact us at info@signsofamusement.com. For now, email is the only method of communicating to us.

All returns must have an order number or return authorization number (aka RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization) clearly printed on the packaging. Failure to clearly provide this will result in your return being cancelled and any shipment being returned to you will be at your cost.

Please do not send any returns to our address or any address until your contact us first. Different printing partners will likely have their own return address and returns must be sent there. Any shipping costs for returns is your responsibility, the only exception would be on signs and crafts created by us under our Interactive Realm name and were damaged in shipping and this would be only at our discretion on a per order basis.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong products, contact is immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, any exchanges or returns of a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, will most likely not be accepted. Again these items are custom created at the time of ordering. It will be at our sole exception to accept an exchange as the item may or may not be able to be resold and thus could result in a loss. If however, your exchange was accepted, shipping for the product to be returned to us, from either you or from the printing partner, will be at your cost.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we or our printing partner has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, and depending on the returning reason, you may be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Or another method may be provided. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping for the replacement product, again, depending on the returning reason, may be at your cost.


Our Printing Partners

We use printing partners to create our merchandise. Different printing providers have different products available and using multiple providers allows us to give you a great selection of choices. All orders are custom created for you with our designs. Items may have come from different printing partners and each will have it’s own shipping cost and its own return policy.

Please note that you MUST contact us first before sending any returns to us or to one of our printing partners. Returns need to be initiated by through the printing partner in order to start a return process. This links below are provided for informational purposes only.

Crafted Signs and Other Laser Goods

Laser cut and engraved products, crafted and replica signs, and other such goods made my Interactive Realm (our parent company) or Capay Creative are shipping directly from us in Surprise, Arizona within the United States.


Printing Partners

Merchandise type products, such as clothing, hats, mugs, bags, etc, are (drop) shipped from our printing partner’s fulfillment centers. We have multiple printing partners and each partner may have multiple fulfillment centers around the world. While this does ensure you get your purchase faster, it may impact the shipping costs. Depending on the products you have ordered, they may be coming from different printing providers and thus may have multiple shipping costs.

The reason we have multiple shipping partners is because each partner offers different products. Though, in some cases, common products, like t-shirts, are offered by each partner. In order to help keep shipping costs down, we have chosen to use one partner (Printful) for all the common products. You will find the printing partners name on the product page just under the product name and type. You’ll also find them in the search filters on collection pages and search results. Please try to purchase from the same printing partner if possible and that will also help with shipping costs.

Estimated Shipping Costs

There are shipping calculators located on the product page and shopping cart to estimate shipping costs. Please note that shipping rates from all partners and ourselves may be combined into one displayed rate at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Printful, the printing partner we chose to use the most products from, provides an estimated delivery time for their product fulfillment. These times are displayed just under the add to cart button on the product page. Again, this will only be displayed on products from Printful.


Free Shipping within the United States

We will waive all shipping fees for any orders totaling $50 and over and are shipped within the United States!
